Rooster Stew

We ate chicken last Saturday night. We were in a rush and Adam roasted it in the oven. It was pretty tough. I actually felt a little guilty knowing that this bird lost his life and we failed to cook it in a way that honored it’s sacrifice. Anyhow, on Wednesday Adam made rooster stew and it was lovely. I feel as if we redeemed ourselves.
